Overview

Built for government and municipal.

Public agencies have a duty to be heard. Council chambers, board rooms, hearing rooms and community spaces need audio that every resident can understand, video that streams reliably and records that can be retrieved years later. JUDCO Communications builds these systems for cities, counties, special districts and state agencies.

We understand public procurement. JUDCO is an SBA HUBZone certified small business, a California certified Small Business (Micro) and SB-PW, registered with DIR for public works, and holds CSLB license 1124756. We know prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll and how to document a public job from bid to close-out.

What matters

What public spaces demand

Government rooms serve the public, the press, staff and remote participants at once. Each group needs to hear and see clearly, and the record must be complete. We design dais systems, cameras and streaming together so the meeting, the broadcast and the recording all work from the same audio.

Public projects come with rules: prevailing wages, certified payroll, specific insurance and careful documentation. Our team works within those requirements every day, so your project stays compliant and on schedule.

Our approach

Built for public accountability

Public meetings have to be heard, recorded and preserved. We design dais microphones, public comment stations, assistive listening and streaming so every speaker is captured clearly and every meeting can be found later. Simple presets let the clerk run the room without a technician.

Agency work comes with procurement rules. We are a DIR registered public works contractor with small business and HUBZone certifications, and we provide submittals, certified payroll and close-out binders in the format your project manager expects.

Project

County courtroom program

JUDCO delivered AV and infrastructure across a 101-courtroom county program, installing about ten rooms a week at night so courts could open on schedule each morning.
