Nationwide rollouts
The same room, the same labels, the same test record, in every city.
Technologies we deploy
Overview
Nationwide rollouts, done right.
When one organization needs the same system in many places, the hard part is consistency. JUDCO Communications manages multi-site rollouts of conferencing rooms, AV systems and cabling with a fixed standard, a staging process and a single close-out format for every site.
We have delivered standards from California to New York. Based in Southern California, we coordinate shipping, site access, local labor and quality checks so every location ends up the same, whether it is our crew on site or a vetted local partner working to our documents.
What we deliver
What is included.
Standard design
Room types, equipment lists and drawings defined once.
Pilot sites
A first site built and refined before scaling.
Procurement and staging
Equipment ordered, received, configured and labeled before shipping.
Scheduling
Site-by-site calendars coordinated with local facilities.
Field crews
JUDCO technicians and vetted partners working to the same documents.
Quality checks
Photos and test records reviewed before each site closes.
Single reporting
One status report for every site in the program.
Lifecycle support
Support and refresh planning after rollout.
Approach
Repeatable by design
A rollout is only as good as its standard. We write it with you, prove it in a pilot and freeze it. Any change after that is versioned, so you always know which sites have which design.
Equipment is staged where possible: configured, labeled and tested before it ships. That shortens on-site time and catches defects early.
Every site closes the same way: photos, test results, as-built notes and a sign-off. You can compare any two sites and see the same result.
