Service
Broadcast, production and live streaming
Multi-camera production that a small team can run well.
Technologies we deploy
Overview
Broadcast, production and live streaming, done right.
Public meetings, lectures, services and events are now expected to be online, live and recorded. JUDCO Communications builds production systems sized to the people who run them: a single operator, a volunteer team or a full control room.
We install robotic and manned cameras, production switchers, graphics, audio mixing, encoders, recorders and the cabling between them. Systems are designed so that a clean, well-framed stream is the default, not the exception.
What we deliver
What is included.
PTZ camera systems
Robotic cameras with presets for every speaker and position.
Production switching
Hardware and software switchers with simple layouts for operators.
Streaming and encoding
Reliable delivery to your platforms, with backup paths.
Recording and archive
Program and isolated recordings saved with clear file naming.
Broadcast audio
Dedicated mixes for the stream so remote viewers hear clearly.
Graphics and captions
Lower thirds, agendas and caption integration where required.
Control rooms
Operator positions, wall displays and intercom.
Operator training
Hands-on sessions until your team is confident.
Approach
Simple to run, hard to break
We design around the operator. If the person running the meeting stream also takes minutes, the system must almost run itself: camera presets tied to microphones, an automatic program layout and one button to start the stream and recording.
For larger productions, we build proper control rooms with multiviewers, intercom, tally and dedicated audio, wired and labeled so crews can troubleshoot quickly.
Every system is tested with a full rehearsal before go-live. We stay on hand for the first live event.

A typical scope
Public meeting streaming
A typical public meeting system pairs robotic cameras and automatic switching with streaming and recording, so a council or board meeting is broadcast and archived with minimal staff.

FAQ
Questions we hear often
Can our clerk run the stream alone?
Yes, if the system is designed for it. Automatic camera switching tied to microphones and a one-button start make single-operator streaming practical.
Which platforms can you stream to?
Most systems stream to common platforms and your own website player. We set up primary and backup paths.
Can you add captions?
We can integrate captioning services and displays where required.
Do you build full control rooms?
Yes. For venues, campuses and media clients we build complete production control rooms.
Do you provide event operators?
Our focus is systems and training. We help you build a confident in-house team.
