Conference room standards and national rollout
JUDCO engineered a tiered Microsoft Teams Rooms standard, then rolled it out city by city. Small and medium rooms, large rooms and boardrooms each got a defined design built on Crestron Flex, Shure ceiling microphones and Sony displays, with scheduling panels at every door. A documented bill of materials, drawings and test records for each tier gave every room the same user experience. Rooms were installed in San Diego, Chicago, New York, Boston and Washington DC, and JUDCO manages them through XiO Cloud. The program has run since December 2021.
