Know the state of every room before anyone walks into one.
Technologies we deploy
Overview
Managed AV services, done right.
When an organization has fifty or five hundred rooms, waiting for someone to report a problem is not a plan. Managed AV from JUDCO Communications watches device health across your rooms, flags failures and offline equipment, applies updates on a schedule and gives your help desk a clear escalation path.
We use the management platforms built into modern conferencing and control systems, configured to your policies and your network rules. The goal is simple: fewer surprises, faster fixes and real data about how your rooms are used.

Approach
Your policies, our process
We onboard a managed client by documenting every room, every device and every account involved. Then we agree on which room checks run, who is notified and how quickly each type of issue is handled. Nothing is connected to your network without your IT team's approval.
Day to day, alerts are triaged by people who know your rooms. Many problems are resolved remotely: a reboot, a configuration correction, a stuck update. When parts or hands are needed, a technician is dispatched with the history already in hand.
Each quarter we review the numbers with you. Which rooms are busiest, which devices fail most often, which buildings need investment. Managed AV should make budgeting easier, not just support faster.

FAQ
Questions we hear often
How is managed AV different from a support plan?
A support plan is built around scheduled visits and service calls. Managed AV adds continuous health checks, update management, help-desk escalation and reporting across all your rooms.
Do you need access to our network?
Only the access your IT team approves. We follow your IT policies and document every connection and account we use.
Which systems can you manage?
Most current conferencing, control and display platforms include management tools. We confirm coverage during onboarding and tell you plainly where a room cannot report its status.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with their most critical rooms and add buildings over time.
Do you replace our help desk?
No. We support it. Your team stays the first point of contact for users, and we handle the AV escalations behind them.
