Privacy Policy
JUDCO QuickBooks Integration and JUDCO Portal Effective date: November 2, 2026. Last updated: November 2, 2026.
Who we are
JUDCO, LLC, doing business as JUDCO Communications and JUDCO Security ("JUDCO," "we," "us"), California contractor license (CSLB) 1124756, 1859 S Escondido Blvd, Escondido, CA 92025.
This policy covers the JUDCO QuickBooks integration (the "JUDCO QuickBooks" connector) and the JUDCO Portal (together, the "App"). The App is a private, internal tool. Only JUDCO and people JUDCO authorizes use it. It is not offered to the public.
What data the App accesses
When JUDCO connects its own QuickBooks Online company, the App can read QuickBooks Online accounting data, such as customer, project, and estimate records (names, numbers, status, and related contact and business details).
Today the App only reads data. It does not create, change, or delete anything in QuickBooks. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
We do not collect data from QuickBooks companies other than JUDCO's own.
Why we use it
We use this data only to run JUDCO's own business: keeping JUDCO's internal job and project lists in step with QuickBooks so our team works from the same numbers.
Where it is stored
Data read from QuickBooks is stored in JUDCO's own Microsoft 365 tenant (for example SharePoint lists) and processed by Microsoft Power Automate within that tenant. Microsoft 365 stores the data in the United States. Sign-in tokens issued by Intuit are held by Microsoft's connection service, not in our documents.
Sharing
- We do not sell or rent this data.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
- We do not use it for advertising, and the App shows no third-party ads.
- We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Our service providers (Intuit and Microsoft) process data only to provide their services to us.
Security
Access is limited to JUDCO's authorized users, with Microsoft 365 sign-in. The connection to QuickBooks uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0 sign-in, and data moves over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as JUDCO needs it for business and record-keeping, or as the law requires. After that we delete it. When the App is disconnected, it stops reading new data, and we delete copies that are no longer needed.
Disconnecting
A QuickBooks admin can disconnect the App at any time from within QuickBooks Online (the connected apps settings) or from the Intuit account's app connections. Disconnecting revokes the App's access right away.
California privacy notice
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) may give you rights to know, correct, and delete personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for using those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law. To make a request, contact us below. We will verify the request before acting on it.
Children
The App is for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes take effect when posted on this page.
